GENERAL RULES OF THE PARK
At all times the participant will follow each and every one of the monitors’ instructions.
Neither THE COMPANY nor the staff are responsible for the deterioration or loss of the personal effects or vehicles of the participants or companions. Nor will it be the responsibility of the Company or the staff in the event that personal belongings are left in the facilities due to forgetfulness, carelessness or any reason.
For security reasons, we reserve the right of admission for the following reasons:
– People who behave aggressively, causing disturbances in the leisure center or its surrounding areas.
– Stray animals.
– People with symptoms of drunkenness or are consuming drugs or narcotic substances or show symptoms of having consumed.
– Consume food or drink that is not purchased at the center, including the parking area.
It is not permitted to participate in the proposed activities under any influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The ingestion of these substances before or during activities is explicitly prohibited.
The practice of the activity is not allowed if you are taking medicines that may reduce your judgment and reflexes.
You cannot smoke outside of the designated areas.
You cannot be in the areas intended for activities while said activities are not being carried out. When you are participating in the activities, it will always be with prior hiring and supervision of authorized personnel.
Adequate physical and mental conditions will be required to practice this activity. Yellow humor is not recommended for people with joint problems.
An aggressive attitude, whether verbally or physically, towards other participants or company personnel will result in immediate expulsion from the center without the right to a refund of any entry fee.
Any damage to the material or facilities caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the client.
The facilities have cameras that record users who are in the facilities. The user explicitly agrees to this term.

 

RULES COMMON TO ALL ACTIVITIES

Check-in for activities is done at least 30 minutes before the start of the activities. Please be on time. Any delay in the arrival of the activity start time will proportionally decrease the contracted time.
All participants and companions will receive a teaching explanation regarding the activity to be carried out, with the rules of play, safety and conduct explained, and all of them understood.
At all times the participant will follow each and every one of the monitors’ instructions.
Respectful use will be made of the environment and material of the activities. It cannot be thrown to the ground, hit, exerted excessive force that compromises its integrity, used in a manner other than that indicated or for a final use other than that for which it was created.
All donated material must be returned to the staff in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
It is not allowed to cheat such as erasing the paint stain in paintball, not obeying the monitor’s instructions and playing dirty games.
Any person outside the game is not permitted to enter or participate in the activity without express authorization.
In the case of minors, if for some reason (illness, expulsion, personal request, others…) my warded child had to abandon the activity, I undertake to take care of him/her within a maximum period of 1 hour, from that the incident be communicated to me by telephone. If I cannot do so, I undertake to send a person of legal age expressly authorized to take care of my warded child in my place.
Failure to comply with the general and specific rules of the activity being carried out leads to the expulsion of the participant from the activity and from the center.
THE COMPANY. cannot be responsible for incidents arising from the development of the practice of different activities carried out by the company: Paintball, Airsoft, Laser combat, Yellow Humor, Esferaton, Archery, Stilts, Mud Fighting, Survival Course, Cavernarium, Adventure of Dr Livingstone, Escape Narcos, Gymkhanas, Inflatables, Bubble Soccer, Playground, etc., and in the different venues and locations if the conditions of participation listed above are subject to false statements, non-respect for safety regulations or in case of panic of one or more participants.

PAINTBALL RULES

  1. It is mandatory to wear a protective mask throughout the game. Once the participant has been eliminated, he or she must continue with the mask on to the safety area indicated by the monitor.
  2. Once eliminated, lock the marker and the safety case/pacifier and walk, with your hand raised or resting on your head, out of the playing area.
  3. Eliminated players who leave the playing area with their hands raised or on their heads must not be shot.
  4. Outside the playing area, the marker must be unloaded with the safety and the safety case/pacifier in place, in addition to pointing towards the ground and VERY IMPORTANT, the finger off the trigger.
  5. Do not shoot at less than 10 meters of safety distance (10 long steps) in the case of adult paintball and 5 meters of safety distance (5 long steps) in the case of children’s paintball.
  6. There should be no passing or shooting outside the established perimeter of the game. You also cannot shoot until the monitor gives the start and after finishing the game.
  7. We will never point the marker at other teammates while we are not playing the game. It is not allowed to scare or shoot people outside the game, monitors or animals.
  8. Each participant will be responsible for the rented equipment and scoreboard. The abandonment or intentional destruction of the material entails payment for it at the price of new equipment.
  9. It is not allowed to introduce any object other than new paintball balls into the marker, nor can balls picked up from the ground be used as these will damage the marker. The user is responsible for any damage caused to the equipment and other players.
  10. In adult markers it is not allowed to open the magazine. Neither the company nor the staff are responsible for the recharge lost due to failure to comply with this rule.
  11. The minimum age to carry out the adult paintball activity is 14 years old. The person signing the authorization declares that the participant meets the minimum legal age to carry out the activity.
  12. Failure to comply with any of the rules set out above may mean the immediate expulsion of the participant without the right to a refund of the amount of the activity. The organization is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the development of the activity.
  13. I accept and undertake to comply with the safety regulations stipulated above, exempting the organization from all responsibility for accidents that may occur due to non-compliance with these safety regulations.

AIRSOFT RULES

  1. It is mandatory to wear protective glasses, mouthpiece and hat throughout the game. Once the participant has been eliminated, he/she must continue wearing protective glasses, mouthpiece and hat.
  2. Once the game is over, lock the replica, remove the magazine from it and check that it is fired and empty.
  3. Players who leave the playing area at the point indicated by the monitor must do so with their hands raised or on their heads to avoid being shot.
    Outside the playing area, the replica must be unloaded with the safety on, the magazine removed, pointing towards the ground and VERY IMPORTANT, the finger off the trigger.
  4. Automatic play is not allowed.
  5. You can only shoot by holding the replica with both hands, the stock resting on your shoulder and always looking where you are going to shoot. You should not shoot with one hand, towards the sky or without looking.
  6. Do not shoot at less than 10 meters safety distance (10 long steps). If we are closer we will eliminate another player by touching him with our hand.
  7. There should be no passing or shooting outside the established perimeter of the game. You also cannot shoot until the monitor gives the start and after finishing the game.
  8. We will never point the replica at other teammates while we are not playing the game. It is not allowed to scare or shoot people outside the game, monitors or animals.
  9. Each participant will be responsible for the rented equipment and replica. The abandonment or intentional destruction of the material entails payment for it at the price of new equipment.
  10. It is not allowed to insert any object into the charger, nor can balls picked up from the ground be used as these will damage the replica. The user is responsible for any damage caused to the equipment and other players.
  11. The minimum age to carry out airsoft activity is 14 years old. The person signing the authorization declares that the participant meets the minimum legal age to carry out the activity.
  12. Failure to comply with any of the rules set out above may mean the immediate expulsion of the participant without the right to a refund of the amount of the activity. The organization is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the development of the activity.
  13. I accept and undertake to comply with the safety regulations stipulated above, exempting the organization from all responsibility for accidents that may occur due to non-compliance with these safety regulations.

GYMKHANAS RULES

  1. ​It is not allowed to ride the inflatables without the supervision of the instructor.
  2. It is not allowed to do somersaults, cartwheels or dangerous games on the inflatables.
  3. The exit from the inflatables must be done carefully and always seated.
  4. Eating and drinking is not allowed on the inflatables.
  5. Movement between tests will always be done through clear areas, away from the inflatable motors.
  6. Access to the inflatables must be done without glasses, barefoot, with socks and without objects that could damage our integrity or that of the material.
  7. Access to the inflatables must be individual unless the monitor indicates otherwise.
  8. You cannot throw or splash water on the motors and plugs of the inflatables.
  9. The use of each inflatable/test must be carried out according to the monitor’s instructions.
  10. Evacuate inflatables in case of emergency.
